Terms and Agreement

By using the WOOD MASR website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms
Customers are required to pay 70% upon signing the contract and 30% upon delivery of the products.

2. Warranty
All products are covered by a one-year full warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

3. Price Validity
All prices quoted are valid for 3 days from the date of the offer. After that, a new quotation may be required.

4. Delivery Time
Delivery is scheduled within 10 to 15 days from the date of contract confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Taxes and Transportation
All prices Not include 14% VAT and transportation costs to the client’s location.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted for unused, non-customized items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is found.

7. Intellectual Property
All content and designs on this website are the property of WOOD MASR and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Policy Updates
WOOD MASR reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. Please review this page regularly for any changes.
